Business Resource Groups
We realigned our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to help meet our diversity and inclusion goals by cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture, enhancing community outreach efforts, strengthening our talent pipeline and helping us reach new consumer markets. This resulted in a 24 percent growth in BRG memberships in 2014, further advancing diversity and inclusion across the organization.
